If you’ve purchased unnamed land, we encourage starting the construction process as soon as possible so you may move into your home sooner rather than later. Starting early will allow you to choose your home design, color palette, and fixtures and fittings.

Building your new home
Watch your dream become a reality as your Frankly Royal View build team gets to work. Your construction and site manager will supervise the process and will ensure that the building of your new home adheres to our stringent quality assurance guidelines.

Once construction is complete, we will arrange settlement and you can move into your new Frankly Royal View home.
It’s quite normal for minor items to require attention as a new home ‘settles’. This is why we return at the end of your nominated service period to conduct our New Home Service inspection
